“More
Wisdom”
Micah
this proverb is for you: 10 Each heart knows its own bitterness, and no one else
can share its joy.
The
first verse in Proverbs 14 is hugely profound and I have seen it happen.
1
The wise woman builds her house,
but with her own hands the foolish one
tears hers down.
All
of these proverbs are of great wisdom:
2
He whose walk is upright fears the LORD,
but he whose ways are devious despises him.
We
have to be careful not to shun wisdom in our lives.
Take time out to listen to wisdom and to hide it in your heart so when
the times of temptation come you will have a defense against it.
Most of us wait until after the disaster to apply wisdom and then it is
too late and it causes pain but also for most we didn’t realize we had the
wisdom until that moment when we shunned temptation and we take that wisdom and
move it to the front of our list.
33
Wisdom reposes in the heart of the discerning
and even among fools she lets herself be
known.
