Didn’t
have enough paper to write all the things that were going on in yesterdays
lessons I pray you read them and God opened your eyes.
Now God has chosen David to be king because of Saul’s failure to be
obedient. Now Saul is jealous of
David because the LORD is with him and everything David touched became
successful. Saul continually tries
to kill David but the hand of God is on him to protect him from Saul.
Now Jonathan, the son of Saul, and David had become very close like
brothers and Jonathan was surprised to hear that his father wanted to kill David
so they put it to the test and found it to be true.
Jonathan told David to go in peace so David headed out and went to Nob
and then to Gath. He met with Ahimelech
the priest in Nob and took 5 loaves of consecrated bread and the sword of
Goliath and went to Gath which when he got there he was afraid of the king
Achish so David acted as if he were insane. And that is where we will
stop for today. Stay tuned God has
a message for you!
